Project timelines are estimates based on our experience and understanding of the project scope. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the estimated timeline, but we cannot guarantee specific completion dates as projects may be affected by various factors including client feedback, changes in requirements, and unforeseen technical challenges.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are:
- 50% deposit of the total project fee before work commences
- Remaining 50% upon project completion, before the website goes live
- For larger projects, we may agree on milestone payments
- All invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
Changes and Revisions
We understand that requirements may evolve during a project. Minor revisions are included in our quotes, but significant changes to the agreed scope may require additional charges. We will notify you if any requested changes will affect the project timeline or cost.
